Agile Philosophy
I see Agile not just as a framework, but as a commitment to deliver value, foster trust, and make work more human by turn change into advantages and complexity into clarity.
Agile Roles
✅ Scrum Master Faciltating team to understand their workflow better and to continually improve themeselves while delivering business value.
✅ Product OwnerTrained in Product Management, I also have facilitated Product meetings and helped to improve their value delivery through road building, sprint planning, BDD and stoey mapping.
✅ Agile Coach Have given agile transition advise and coahing to peopel at all levels, from development right up to C-level.
✅ Tem Builder While I do not believe in mummying a team, I know how to help them to undesrtand themselves and form a unified single entity, where to me, a company is also a team.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coach, adapting my role to the needs of teams and company.
For example, I guided a distributed team through a Scrum@Scale rollout, helping them reduce delivery times by 25% and strengthen stakeholder trust.
I've even managed being scrum master for multiple teams, prioritising my facilitation time as seen needed by a team.
My focus is always on building high-performing teams that deliver value sustainably.
Frameworks & Methods
✅ XP Stories and Story Points originated from this methodology by Martin Fowler, ✅ TDD Exested in different forms, long before Agil was formlised, where the key scop was so that there is a reducion of production waste, ✅ DSDM The emphasis for recursive or integratioon testing, while often used with scrum, is not a scrum parctise, ✅ BDD A way of describing what is needed in a manner that even your grandma would understand hat is trequired and why.
Approach to Teams
✅ I help a team self-organize by fostering an environment of trust, open communication, and shared responsibility, through mentoring and team-wok facilitation. ✅ By helping the team to remain focused in a calm manner on the common goal of each party and find a shared solution. ✅ By fostering a team environment where team members feel comfortable with each other in taking risks, like admitting mistakes or asking questions. This involves creating a culture of trust, open communication, and inclusivity, where diverse perspectives are valued and mistakes are seen as learning opportunities.
I help teams grow self-organising practices, manage change, and stay focused on outcomes over output.
Recently, I worked with a multi-team setup to implement BDD story mapping, which cut rework by 30% and clarified backlog priorities.
By blending frameworks and human-centred facilitation, I aim to create environments where teams thrive.
